Terms of Service for Sloe

Welcome to Sloe! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (“Sloe”). By using Sloe, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Sloe.
1. Use of the Service
• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Sloe. By using Sloe, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
• Account Registration: To use certain features of Sloe, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Sloe for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Extracting, selling, or otherwise exploiting any knowledge or content acquired from Sloe for business or commercial purposes.
• Exporting any knowledge or content acquired from Sloe in any manner.
2. User Content
• Ownership: You retain ownership of the notes and content you create on Sloe. By posting content on Sloe, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and improving Sloe.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and share on Sloe. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property
• Our Rights: All content and materials on Sloe, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Sloe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any content or materials on Sloe for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• User Rights: You may access and use the content on Sloe for your personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Privacy

5. Termination
• Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Sloe and delete any copies of the app from your devices.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to Sloe at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Sloe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on Sloe. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sloe and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use Sloe; (ii) any content obtained from Sloe; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Sloe after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
